The CCHL2 season enters the 2017 stretch, with teams currently having anywhere between 12 and 19 games remaining in their 48-game schedules.
When all is said and done in late February, the top three in each division will receive a bye of seven days, while the teams with the next best records overall records (those ranked 7th through 10th) will each play a best-of-three series to be completed within a week of the season’s end.
The winners will be seeded WC1 and WC2. If the winners of the wildcard round are from different divisions, the team will play the first-place team from their division. Semifinals: quarter-final winners seeded 1-4 based on regular-season points regardless of division or place of finish, both best-of-seven series.Final is the semifinal winners best of 7.
League championship final: semifinal winners compete in a best-of-seven series.
